Unity Agenda
I will take the people to a destination of a fulfilled, peaceful, virile and
united Akwa Ibom State where the people will burst forth from the shackles of
tribalism, subservience, pettiness, blackmail, character assassination,
inferiority complex, and poverty.
The entire Akwa Ibom State is my constituency and I will readily consult
paramount rulers, clan heads, chiefs and elders of all parts of the state with a
view to ensuring my administration touches every community. My administration
will promote meaningful communal integration at the grassroots and eradicate
tribal consciousness and clannish tendencies and in its place build a focus on
state and national interest as patriotic consciousness in the people.
With a united Akwa Ibom we will derive strength from the unity of all tribes in
the state by supporting the totality of related communities to realise the
synergistic interplay of the systematic whole for the benefit of all and
enthrone a sense of community and promotion of oneness of humanity.
We will run an administration that is concerned with the fullest growth of
individuals all over the state in the areas of fulfillment, self-worth, emotion,
and autonomy rather than one's experience and behavior.
